Deputies arrested a 19-year-old Naples man who led a high-speed chase in a stolen SUV on Tuesday morning. The chase began after a driver, identified as Roodly Delouis, sped past a deputy on Tamiami Trail around 12:30 a.m. As the deputy tried to pull the SUV over, Delouis put his blinker on and began to slow down before accelerating and taking off. The chase then began, reaching speeds upwards of 100 mph. officials eventually tracked him down with a 15 year old girl…The girl was released to her parents, while Delouis was arrested and booked on multiple recommended charges .
