Two Sarasota County residents have been arrested on drug trafficking charges after deputies were alerted that a package containing meth had been sent to an address. Inside the home, police found heroin, additional methamphetamine, pills and drug paraphernalia. Joshua Dekoyer and his wife, Tasha Gruerio, now face a long list of drug charges. He has been arrested more than a dozen times for previous drug offenses- she also has a long rap sheet of drug trafficking arrests.
