After the red tide left some local businesses feeling the crunch this winter, many are hoping Small Business Saturday, tomorrow, helps bring business back.
Some businesses reported seeing sales drop by as much as 70 percent over the past couple months because of red tide.
Small Business Saturday is the little guy’s answer to Black Friday, where people across the country are encouraged to bypass the national chain stores and shop local.
Shops taking part in Small Business Saturday should have signage saying as much in their windows.
