A judge has sentenced a Lehigh Acres man to six years and three months in prison for stealing U.S. government money and using his business to access credit reports illegally. Kenneth R. Jackson Jr., 42, was found guilty on December 21 of identity theft, conversion of government property, aggravated identity theft, passing a forged treasury check, and credit card fraud. A release said Jackson Jr. used associates to launder the money and also directly withdrew some of the cash from ATMs at banks.
