A Marion County man has been charged with animal cruelty after being accused of using garden shears to remove the tails of kittens after a fight with the owner of the animals. James Reid was reported to get into an argument at a farm where he spends time as a volunteer. A coworker of Reid’s said that he drove to a location on the farm where the kittens where and returned to the original location with several kittens’ tails. There is no word if the kittens will or will not survive.
