The investigation continues into a death in Englewood.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office says it happened on Rossanne Place yesterday morning.
Deputies responded to a report of a shooting, but they arrived to find a woman dead in the swimming pool.
WWSB-TV reports the preliminary investigation shows the woman may have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
