Police have gone to the way back machine and arrested a woman accused of dressing like a clown and killing the wife of her future husband back in 1990. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says 54-year-old Sheila Warren was arrested in Virginia this week after she was indicted on a first-degree murder charge. Marlene Warren was shot at her Wellington home in May of 1990.
