All voters must vote on Election Day at the location they have been assigned to with the following six (6) exceptions:

Port Charlotte Beach Park: MOVED to Meadow Park Elementary School 750 Essex Ave, Port Charlotte, FL 33948

Port Charlotte Middle School: MOVED to the Jarrett Ford Dealership 3156 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33952

Charlotte County Fairgrounds: MOVED to Murdock Middle School 17325 Mariner Way, Port Charlotte, FL 33948

Burnt Store Presbyterian Church: MOVED to S. Punta Gorda Heights Civic Assoc. 11200 1st Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33955

Lee Health at Babcock Ranch: MOVED to the Field House at Babcock Ranch 43281 Cypress Pkwy Babcock Ranch FL 33982
