Surveillance video helped police arrest a home healthcare care provider who was suspected of stealing pills from a woman.
According to police the victim believed Jessica Brown was stealing the narcotics so cameras were set up at the home earlier this month and they caught Brown taking the pills from the jar.
Brown was charged with grand theft and according to court records is free on bond.
