A hit-and-run accident in Orange City, FL has claimed the life of a 14-year-old girl. It happened around 2am this morning. Police received a call a short time later from a man who said he may have hit an animal. 30-year-old Walter Gunther was interviewed and subsequently arrested for the accident. Sampsell says Gunther is charged with leaving the scene of a deadly accident and driving with a suspended license.
