Florida Governor DeSantis cleared the way for barber shops, hairdressers and nail salons to open statewide Monday, May 11th. The governor made the announcement on Twitter, by posting a video recorded by J Henry, owner of J Henry’s Barber Shop in downtown Orlando, who was among a group of stylists DeSantis met with last week to discuss reopening salons. Gloves and masks are among the protective steps expected to be taken by the stylists.
