Gov. Ron DeSantis wants to delay an ambitious overhaul of the state-employee health insurance program. As part of his proposed $91.3 billion budget for the upcoming year, the new governor called for delaying changes to the program, including a revamp of benefit plans and giving employees an option to increase their take-home pay by choosing less-expensive plans.
