Motorists saw little movement in pump prices this week. But Triple-A says the cost of gasoline could soon be on the rise as spring approaches due to refinery maintenance, an increase in driving and the switch to summer-blend fuels. For now, domestic oil production and a glut in oil and gas supplies are keeping a lid on prices. In Florida, the statewide average for a gallon of regular is two-28, the same last week. In Englewood, regular averages two-21. That’s down five cents. In North Port, it’s two-23, up one cent and, Venice it’s two-25, up four cents.
