The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested four teenagers for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl in August of last year. 18-year-old Timothy Hinds and three others under 18 have been charged as adults. All of the charges are felonies and a 17-year-old additional suspect is still at large. The crime happened in Bradenton at a point when all suspects were under 18 and the girl met one of the boys to watch tv. One of the unnamed boys took the girl into a bedroom before the others arrived. All parties attend Braden River High School.
