A man was found unconscious in a truck that hit a power pole Thursday night in Fort Myers and knocked out power to a portion of the area near Cranford and Guava Streets. Police said the man had gunshot wounds and there were bullet holes in the front passenger door of the man’s truck. Officers performed CPR on Nathaniel Willis Pitts, 42. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
