Foreclosure rates and mortgage problems keep dropping in the region.
CoreLogic says the foreclosure rate among all outstanding mortgages in Charlotte County has dropped to 1.2 percent.
That number sat at 2.44 percent at this time last year.
In the Sarasota-Manatee region, the rate now sits at 1.31 percent.
It has fallen from 2.14 percent from last year.
