A Florida woman is behind bars after it was determined that she drove to West Virginia with her dead 11-year-old daughter in her car. 37-year-old Erica Newsome has been in jail since it was determined she concealed the body before crashing into a guard rail and then dragging the body into the woods, according to an eyewitness. Newsome told police she was taking the girl to her father’s home in Buffalo. Police say it was clear that the girl did not die from the accident, but was dead prior to the trip.
