Parts of Venice Myakka River Park have been closed due to ongoing river flooding.
The back of the park has been closed altogether, with barricades up on the sidewalk.
County officials say the kayak launch is still open and usable, and all other parts of the park remain open.
They say they will continue to monitor the situation and assess the park each day.
