Five people were arrested as part of a drug raid at a home in Charlotte County.

On Friday, deputies went to a home on Satsuma Avenue after getting tips from neighbors about drug activity there. A search warrant got police inside, where they found meth, morphine, Suboxone, and marijuana. Used needles and packaging materials were also found throughout the home.

Of the five arrested, 34-year old David Allison and 28-year old Rachelle Hayes face the largest amount and most serious charges.

Lesser marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges were filed against 50-year old Patrick Howanitz, 25-year old Brenna Morris, and 37-year old Shawn Smith.
