Fifth Third Bank will be closing some its branches next year. The Cincinnati-basedcompany will consolidate or sell 44 branches in 2017.
The latest cuts will only remove around 4 percent of the bank’s 1,191-branch network. Fith Third Officials didn’t identify the branches that will close but said affected employees and customers would be informed sometime next month.
