The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a bizarre accident scene in Port Charlotte.
Yesterday morning, troopers and emergency vehicles spotted a car that was rolled over on its side near a canal near the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Zemel Road.
No one was found in or even around the car when first responders got on the scene.
The FHP is now investigating the crash- as of this morning, no charges have been filed.
