A 37-year-old woman is behind bars after police said she called 911 and then threw a piece of concrete at an officer who had arrived to help her. It happened Tuesday evening on Cape Coral Parkway East. Cape Coral police said Jessica C. Blick called and requested an ambulance. When they arrived, officers found Blick walking on a sidewalk holding a large piece of concrete in one hand and her cell phone in the other. A scuffle ensued then an arrest for aggravated assault, battery and resisting arrest.
