A 40-year old man has been arrested after he tried to sell a stolen Bluetooth motorcycle helmet on Facebook.
The victim told police that he had parked his bike near the front door of the Walmart on Kings Highway back on March 18th. When he came out, the helmet was gone.
Surveillance video spotted Eric John Marquis, a man known to police, walking off with the helmet.
Last week, detectives found that helmet listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace. When an undercover officer set up a purchase, Marquis was arrested and taken to the Charlotte County Jail.
