Mr. Mason was past Chair of the Board of Trustees for Englewood Community Hospital. Past president of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce and a past president of Leadership Englewood. He served on the boards of the American Red Cross, United Way of South Sarasota County and the Lemon Bay Conservancy. He was a member of Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary and I also coached youth sports.
Peter is survived by his wife Tracy and three children Matt, Peyton and Annsley.
A post on his wife Tracy’s Facebook reads “We will celebrate the wonderful life of Peter Mason on Monday, April 17.”
Services will be held at Englewood United Methodist Church from 5-6pm. The family will begin welcoming guests at 4pm.
A sunset Celebration of Life will be held from 6-8pm at Magnolias on the Bay.
