Two men were arrested and charged with littering over 500 pounds of commercial waste in Englewood. Residents in an Englewood neighborhood told police they saw a trailer full of PVC pipes being dumped in the area. The report says that the truck showed up to the area fully loaded and left empty after the dump had occurred. A license plate was provided and police pulled over the driver, 22-year-old Kristian Crews. The company in charge of the job where the pipe came from is Crews. 49-year-old Wayne Patton, a co-worker of Crews was supposed to be in charge of dumping the pipe. Patton was also charged with violating his probation.
