A dumb criminal doubled-down on his ineptness Monday during the eclipse. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Jocsan Feliciano Rosado after he stole a car. Not only that, he decided to stop and check out the eclipse. As Rosado was viewing the eclipse through a welder’s mask, police saw him and recognized the car. Police arrested Rosado as he was looking through the welder’s mask.
