If you haven’t voted yet, you still have some time to head to the polls for early voting.
The last day to cast your ballot is tomorrow before election day on November 6th.
Ron Turner, the Supervisor of Elections in Sarasota says you can avoid delays by taking some easy steps. All voters need to bring a form of ID which includes a signature and photo, whether it be a drivers license or a passport. Also to make the voting process go faster, Turner says he encourages each voter to be well aware of what’s on the ballot and who they plan to vote for. Polls open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 6:30 p.m.
