Early voting starts Monday in Longboat Key as well as in North Port’s Holiday Park area.
In Longboat Key, voters will decide whether or not to extend commissioners’ terms from 2-3 years.
Part of the Holiday Park area is voting on a Parks and Rec District Board of Trustees race. Election Day itself is March 12th.
Elections officials will then prepare for the November ballot in the city of Venice followed by the 2020 Presidential Primary next March.
