Members of the Special Investigations Unit and Special Response Team conducted a search warrant on Wednesday morning for drug activity at 8034 Herbison Avenue.
55-year-old Barry Whitehead was arrested for having drugs, paraphernalia, and keeping a public nuisance for drug activity. The home has been condemned by the city.
