A driver has been arrested for an October 2018 crash that killed a family of three in Lehigh Acres. Florida Highway Patrol said Olivia Kohut, 33, was arrested for reckless driving and three counts of vehicular homicide. Kohut was speeding down E 14th Street, and hit a car turning onto E 14th Street from North Avenue.The crash happened Oct. 18, around 5:30 p.m.
