While Allman Brothers Band founding member Dickey Betts is getting ready to tour, his wife is back behind bars for violating her probation from a March incident. Donna Betts was ordered to stay clean of alcohol/or illegal drugs after being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Betts threatened to shoot members of a high school rowing team that were practicing near her home in Osprey. Betts was taken into custody on Wednesday and is held without bond at the Sarasota County Jail. She is scheduled for court on Jan. 12, 2018.
