Texting and sexting on the job has cost a Sarasota County Sheriff’s Deputy his job. The sheriff’s office says that Deputy Jason Johnson has resigned. They say he was caught texting nude photos of himself on his work cell phone while on duty. Johnson was with the sheriff’s office for 15 years but will receive no severance pay.
