A man dies in a Cape Coral crash. Investigators say Bradley Phillips was heading south on Veterans Memorial Parkway, near Pine Island Road when he lost control of his vehicle. The car went halfway up onto the median then back down to the road. The vehicle then slammed into a tree and flipped over into the opposite direction of traffic. Phillips was thrown from the car while it was in the air. An investigation is underway.
