An unnamed day care vehicle driver is in hot water and faces criminal charges after a 3-year-old boy was found dead after being in the vehicle all day Monday outside Little Miracles Academy in Orlando. No charges have been announced and the driver has not been identified. An autopsy is being conducted and authorities believe heat will be the cause of death.
