PRESS RELEASE CHARLOTTE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
This morning we hosted a press conference to open the temporary medical site at the former Cultural Center of Charlotte County site to triage and treat patients following the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian.
Thirty-eight NDMS medical personnel – including doctors, physician assistants, nurses, paramedics, and pharmacists – are operating a stand-alone medical station in tents outside the former Cultural Center of Charlotte County.
This facility is open 24/7 until further notice and is free.
