There is a coyote forum organized and scheduled for Jan. 18 at 6:30pm at Venice City Hall. The event is free and open to the public. Speakers will include Angeline Scotten with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Kevin Darton with the Wildlife Center of Venice. Resident’s concerns have increased due to increased coyote population and the threat to people and pets.
