Sarasota County Sheriff’s deputies say they found a couple passed out in a car with two infants in the back seat. 37-year-old William Ballard and 33-year-old Delaney Crissinger of Manatee County are suspected of being overdosed on drugs. The car was found on January 19th with the engine running at a gas station on East Road in Sarasota. Deputies found meth, fentanyl and heroin, along with drug paraphernalia. The infants, who are five-months and 18-months old were in car-seats and unharmed. Ballard and Crissinger charged with child neglect and various drug-related offenses.
