The Sarasota County Commission meets in Venice tomorrow. The agenda includes a proposed 165-thousand dollar contract with Sarasota County Openly Plans for Excellence, or SCOPE, to deveop a community plan for children and youth. But the Englewood Sun reports that commissioners indicated they would like that item pulled from the agenda so it can be discussed further. Tomorrow’s meeting gets underway at the Robert L. Anderson Administration Center, 4000 South Tamiami Trail.
