A 41-year old man has been charged after allegedly touching children inappropriately at an Englewood swimming pool.
Timothy Rice, who was convicted of child sex crimes back in 1998, was charged with loitering or prowling near children.
Police got reports of Rice ‘watching kids’ at two different parks in North Florida and had been at the pool at Ann Dever Regional Park for the past couple weeks. Anyone who believes their child had contact with Rice is asked to call police.
