Manatee County School board member Scott Hopes has decided to file an official complaint against a fellow board member. The complete against Dave Miner has been filed with the Bradenton Police Department after the two got into a dispute following a meeting on February 27th. The two got into some sort of verbal spat that escalated into something that the two men have differing opinions about. Hopes claims that Miner threatened him with his vehicle when leaving the scene while Miner says Hopes wouldn’t get out of his way while he was trying to leave the area.
