The city of Venice is looking for an agent or agency to represent them in the sale of the Hamilton Building.
The city bought the building back in 2015 for just shy of $1M.

The purchase was made to initially knock down the building and use the land for surface parking. That changed, though, when the county asked to use the Hamilton Building to house a temporary library facility.
The building is valued at around $1M. Interested agents must respond by the 18th.
