Free tarps will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Charlotte County Administration Center. Charlotte County officials are distributing the tarps given to them as surplus from FEMA. The giveaway is separate from FEMA’s Operation Blue Roof program in which people sign up at sites around Southwest Florida to authorize government employees and contractors to come onto their property to install tarps.
