More heavy rains, and another wastewater spill in Charlotte County. After a pair of spills over the weekend, another 1,500 gallons of raw sewage entered into a storm drain early Monday morning. It happened in the overnight hours yesterday near Deep Creek Boulevard and Copiapo Circle. No drinking water sources were affected, according to the incident report.
