Police are searching for a missing teenager that was living in foster care.

The Charlotte County Sheriffs Office announced on Monday that they are continuing to search for 15-year old Sage Cambron. She was last seen at her foster home late Sunday night.

Police believe Cambron, who has severe autism, could be with her biological parents. She was discovered missing around 630 Monday morning.

Anyone who has information on her whereabouts is asked to call police.
