Police in Charlotte County are investigating after a man was stabbed in a parking lot late last week.
Thursday, deputies were called to Merchant’s Crossing plaza after a man, Daniel Garofalo, was seen bleeding in the parking lot before running towards the Japonica Square apartments.
Inside one of the units, police found Garofalo and Rachel Barnes, who had tried to stitch up a cut on the man’s neck.
No one was arrested in connection with the incident.
