Deputies in Charlotte County watch two particular stretches of road this week for speeders.
They have the radar guns working on Gulfstream Boulevard in Englewood, as well as on Midway Boulevard in Port Charlotte between Tamiami Trail and O’Hara Drive.
Additionally, deputies have staked out two intersections to enforce traffic lights.
They watch the signals most carefully this week at Tamiami Trail and Conway Boulevard in Port Charlotte, and Jones Loop Road and I-75 in Punta Gorda.
