If you’re going to be driving in Charlotte County this week, you might want to take note of these locations that the sheriff’s office will give special attention. Deputies will be watching for speeders in Port Charlotte on Waterside Street between Peachland and Quesada, Eppinger Drive and Veteran’s and Kings Highway.
And they’ll be watching for red light runners in Port Charlotte at Tamiami Trail and Cochran Boulevard and Tamiami Trail and Veteran’s Boulevard.
