A sergeant with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has been fired after an Internal Affairs investigation.
Sergeant James White was accused of exposing himself in front of patrons at Leroy’s Southern Kitchen and Bar in Punta Gorda.
The internal report says said White pulled his genitals out of his unzipped fly, and even twisted his seat around to expose himself further.
That, according to officials, violated the department’s “Violation of Law” policy.
