The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office says it seized 90 pounds of marijuana on Saturday.
It claims information from the California Highway Patrol helped it make an arrest.
The sheriff’s office learned of a potential delivery for yesterday at Ace Drums on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte.
A freight company in Fort Myers had the shipment. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office helped confirm it included pot.
After a controlled delivery to Ace Drums, authorities arrested 54-year-old Ralph Giunta of Boynton Beach for trafficking.
