A Sarasota boy continues recovering after a car hit him yesterday.
The highway patrol says it happened near Tuttle Avenue and Martin Luther King, Jr. Way.
It claims the car hit the seven-year-old boy after he chased a dog into the street.
He went to Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
